"Last night, Darth Vader came down from planet Vulcan and told me that if I didn't take Lorraine out that he'd melt my brain."

How I felt today: Very good!
How my day was: Very, very good.
Funniest thing that happened: Everything!! Well, that's not true... Probably standing on the corner with Redd!
Worst thing that happened:! Felt awfully bored at break, and now my head hurts.
Best thing that happened: Lost!!!!!!!! Nothing else could possibly beat it.
What I’m looking forward to the most today: Tomorrow - Amy's party, and town.
What I'm looking forward to the least today: German test. French test. Doing the 8 homeworks is probably up there someone as well...

So i'll start with the last day... wow, that was last year... anyway, yeah, it was really cool! Quite boring, but really cool. All i can remember now is hanging with Redd afterwards, talking about ankle clocks for ages, being scared by a rather evil-looking cat, and then getting home about an hour late!

And then it was the holidays. Finally. If you know me well, you'll probably know that the Christmas holidays are my favourite time of the year. And i wasn't disappointed. I travelled up to see my family in Billingham (yay, Billingham) and it was so much fun! We played cards, as always, and just pretty much came up with a load of really random games to pass the time. Very fun. So then it was Christmas day, and i got a camera! It's so small and cute :D! After that we went over to my Auntie's house to give out all the presents! And my camera does this really cool thing where you take loads of picture that are next to each other, and you can stitch them together to make a really long one! So i tried taking one of those, and made everyone sit still for about 10 minutes. It was quite funny. Then up to my grandad's for christmas dinner, and to see all my cousins. And then down to my Aunts where we see pretty much everyone else. We all sort of sit around and talk and then have this huge buffet. We always sit in the corner with my dad's cousin and her husband, Ewan, who always makes fun of us because we're scared of my Aunt's dog. It's big and it likes to bite people, who wouldn't be scared? And then i lost my really cool ring from Germany! Everyone started looking for it for me, but no-one found it and i was really annoyed that i'd lose something like that and not even notice. But it didn't ruin the day, and it was all really cool anyway!! My sis found it in the car later anyway. The next day we went home and i got the rest of my presents! I got James Blunt's album, KT Tunstall's album, the Sims Christmas Edition, some art stuff and this movie making thing! Everything i wanted. For the rest of the hols i just remember watching loads of films (Back to the Future 2 and 3 are the only ones i can really remember) and the rest was pretty much a blur.

So i went back to school on the Wednesday, and i just remember it being pretty cool. Not too good, not too bad. I won't write any more... Then it was Thursday. Not very good at all, mostly. Started with RE - Sobibor. I won't write anything about that. Then Music. We just watched a video, so i was kind of disappointed since i was looking forward to actually doing something. Break was boring and i walked up with Tom to English, who was trying to tell me, yet again, about Lost. Grrr. In English we were in the computer room. I wasn't early enough to get a seat near to Nikki but i sat next to Emily, which was cool! We didn't talk much though. I nearly finished my leaflet thing, and the lesson, mostly, was very boring. After that it was maths and it was mainly just Callum trying to stop me getting too far ahead of him! And then it was lunch, which was probably the most boring lunch i've had for a while. I was going to hang with Vin, but she left to go to the practise rooms, so i didn't see her. I just mainly stayed with Henry, Anna and Ash and Lucy for a while - it was cool to hang out with all of them for a change! And then it was form time, and we had Miss Pass and did this quiz. Vin didn't really talk to me at all, and turned round to talk to all the guys again. I was cheered up though, in PE, thanks to Sophie. We had to play netball with our group, as well as the higher one, and it was an interesting, and quite painful, experience. I got elbowed in the stomach, twice, kicked on the back of the leg (which was quite an acheivement by whoever managed to do it, i must say), and pushed out of the way many times. It's definitely made me appreciate the class i'm in for PE a bit more. Just a tiny bit. So at the end of the lesson, Sophie and i had to take the post back, and walked as slowly as possible. Sine we were sort of messing about, and since i was looking behind me quite a lot, we almost didn't notice that we were heading staight towards a rather scared looking bus driver. But we changed direction at the last minute, and all was ok. That was a close one. After PE had ended, we were all messing around with Sophie's PE socks (she had borrowed them from Kirsty), which eventually ended up in the bin. And then we all walked home, which was quite boring.

Friday. The best day for ages, definitely. First was drama, and we were in the really cool Media Room! Yay! We watched the "Our Day Out" video about some kids going on a trip. The funniest part was probably the adverts, which Ellis and i just couldn't stop laughing at. And then geog. We had Miss Pass, who decided to keep moving our table forward, apparantly for no reason. I have a feeling she was just doing it to annoy us. The lesson was pretty boring. Me and Rose didn't talk much. And then break. I stayed with Rose and Ellis until Sophie and Niki came so we could go to tech! We spent the last few minutes of break that we had left walking very slowly up the corridor until we finally got to our classroom, just in time. Double tech was really cool. We were making pies, so i'd half been expecting to set the school on fire, or something similar. But i didn't, luckily. All went well, and even the apple pies i made didn't taste too bad. Probably because Miss Tate seemed to be giving me more advice and help this time - she'd was probably half expecting me to burn down the school as well. I don't blame her. After that had all finished, it was lunch. I went straight away to the form room with Sophie and sat down with everyone else, who were scared, once again, of Mr White throwing them out. After a few mins of discussing how much Ellis would love to marry a prawn, and me reassuring her that it was completely normal, we started to play with my LOTR playing cards! It started off with me, Rose, Ellis and Sophie and eventually the group grew to include Matt, Tom Evans, Jess, Ash, and Lucy. It was really fun, and Rose kept winning!! We had to hide the cards quite a few times though, since people kept saying either Mr Nichols or Mr White was coming, and you aren't allowed playing cards in school, according to Mrs Hancock. I think it's her way of trying to suck as much fun out of school as possible. So it was cool, and i'd definitely missed playing cards all the time. It brings back really nice memories of yr 7 :D! After everyone had gone, we had form time. We just mainly watched Tom and Tim draw quite amazing pics, and Miss Pass told me that i'd come joint third in the class for this quiz and i won a lolly! Yay... And then last was French. I think most people were half asleep through the whole thing, and the lesson seemed to go sooo slowly. After that had finished, and after collecting our pies, we went and met everyone at the steps and then walked home! Most of the way, Rose and Kirsty just told me this long story about all the things they got up to at this place they went once. It was quite funny!

And then Saturday. I did hardly anything, which was probably was the main reason why it was so good. I woke up, sat in my room for quite a while, thinking of a reason why i had to leave each piece of homework i have until later. It went well. Then i got ready to go out to town with Vin :D. We just walked round and she bought CDs and a ticket to see Forward, Russia!! Saying she was unbelievably excited and could not think of anything else would have definitely been an understatement! So then we just walked round for ages. There was one main topic of conversation, which i'd expected - I'm not saying what it was :)!! And this time, probably for the first time actually, we didn't talk about loads of really "deep" stuff. We talked about jewelery and hair and clothes etc. It was really nice - i'm glad she asked me to go!! So when i got home, i watched National Treasure (the second best film ever - it's just so amazing)! And it was very good indeed. Even knowing what was going to happen didn't stop me from being so amazed every time they solved a new riddle! And that was pretty much my Saturday!

And Monday... well, all i remember really was laughing at arsenic with Daniel in science, doing a whole load of stuff on options in PSHE (still not idea what i'm going to do), messing about loads in hist and everyone passing round our yr2 (i think it was yr2...) school pic. How embarassing.

Tuesday! Inset day! Wow, finally! It was a pretty good day, mostly. I woke up late, did nothing all morning and then picked up Rose and Vin to go to the cinema! Just to be extremely annoying and inconvenient, a bus just decided to break down in front of us, at the traffic lights. So we were kind of late, and when we got there, henry, Redd and Elliot were waiting in the rain, looking quite wet, and quite annoyed. We told them the whole story though, and although it seemed as if they didn't really believe it, they eventually accepted it. So we got our tickets and then realised, to our horror (maybe not a strong enough word...) that all the popular girls that don't really like us were standing not to far away, no doubt going to see the same film. We waited for a while for people to get popcorn etc, then went to find our seats. All the popular girls decided to sit at the back, annoyingly, meaning we couldn't sit there and throw popcorn at them! So we stood on the steps for a while, which Redd and Vin seemed to be quite amazed by, and eventually just sat down in any seats in the corner really. I think i definitely would have prefered the back though. It smelt like banana and deodrant. Not good. And then our arm rest came completely off, which we actually thought we might throw at the popular girls at one point, but decided not to. Redd used it as a seat though, so it did actually come in handy. Before the film started i was quite bored. Vin was just talking to Redd, and didn't say much to me at all, even though she was sitting next to me. After watching all the pointless adverts, and then the film trailers (yay, a superman film. It better be good) the film started. And it was pretty cool. A very good film. And quite funny! So afterwards, me and Elliot compared phones, and kept taking pics of everyone. Maybe i'll post some later :D. By that time, Redd and Vin had sort of separated themselves from the group and, as we walked up to McDonalds, it was no different. When we got there, after standing around for a while, Rose, Elliot and i went up to order while Redd and Vin just carried on talking over the other side of the room. So we all got something, and went to sit down at a table where Henry joined us. We sat around and talked for a while before going to see Vin and Redd, who, again, didn't really say anything to us, and then going home. And what was really weird was that on the way back, i randomly just started to feel ill and i started to shake and apparantly went really pale. And, it only lasted an hour as well. What's with that? Well, it was a cool day anyway!

Wow, Wednesday was bad. Really bad. I'll just sumarize, if i can remember anything. In tech Sophie was off, so Niki and i just talked about pasta. How interesting. Then in english we finished off our leaflets and i had a long chat with Nikki (the other one) about horror films and Saw (how can anyone even watch that?!). After break it was science and we watched experiments etc, yet again (not that i'm complaining). Then hist. I sat next to Rose, who talked to Tom through most of the lesson. And Mr Watson strangely thought that he'd heard Becky say something about lesbians, and then randomly decided to tell the whole class. We were all quite freaked out. And last was maths,...need i say more?

Thursday. It was a really amazing day! Just because everything that was wrong on wednesday was right again, and everything just seemed a whole lot better. I don't even know why. But it was good anyway, so i won't question it too much. Anyway, first lesson was RE. I was dreading it not only for the reason that we had to watch Sobibor yet again, but also for the reason that i thought Tom would inevitably explain to me every detail of Lost, which i am yet to watch. But he didn't, and we finally finished Sobibor, so all is good. Except for the long essay that awaits me, but i think i have enough time to maybe put it off for a while. So second was french, which, quite suprisingly, was actually ok. That, of course, was down to the fact that we actually had a supply teacher, instead of Mrs Williams. Nothing could improve a french lesson more. So we had to translate some stuff, and answer questions. That was kind of boring. But Ellis and i had a good chat about Celebrity Big Brother (does anyone watch that? Maybe i'll add my opinions later...) and then Sam came over to annoy us for a while. It ended with Ellis quite strangely admitting she actually eats soup with a fork, and with Sam looking extremely pleased with himself. So the lesson finally ended, and it was break. We went and hung round with everyone, and i got to see Sophie in what seems like a lifetime. She threw a cornflake at my head. After that had passed, we tried out this puzzle thing that Anna had where you have to get the ring off this thing (not a very good description, i know...) and i actually managed to do it without snapping the thing! Quite an acheivement, i must say! So after listening to Tom and Michael talking about Family Guy for a while, it was science. We did experiments, which was mainly just Tasha and me doing everything possible to avoid setting, well, pretty much everything, on fire. It went ok. And we made iron, yay! After that was german, which was boring, as always. Alex all lesson just decided to call me Mitch yet again and then to comment on how amazing Miss's bag. Well, it was waterproof! Then lunch. And, thanks to Nikki, i remembered that i had this meeting for Newspaper in a day! So i tried to find everyone, but was eventually told that they'd already gone. So me, Jess and Elliot went down to D18 and they were all there! It turned out the meeting was just for editors and sub-editors (wow, i feel so important) so i went with Redd and the editor just mainly told us all the things we needed to improve this year. And then, after just hanging around for a while with everyone, it was the draughts interform! My game went well! I sort of decided straight away to avoid playing Hannah, since i had the theory she'd be really amazing, and then when she beat me she wouldn't forget about it. So i played Anna, who was unfortunately quite good as well. But i won :D, which was cool. But we still lost, altogether, by just one game. How unfair! And i really thought that this was an interform we could actually win! Oh well. I got a chance to talk to Vin for a while anyway, which was cool. So after meeting with Ellis, we walked down to D25 where we apparantly had drama (well, according to Assim, who's turned out to be not all that reliable). When we got there, another class was waiting to go in. The teacher told us we were in D21. She was wrong. So we (we being quite a lot of people at this point) decided to go back to C21, to see if we were actually in there after all, and met up with Dennis and Alex on the way, who had been told to go to L3!! So it just had to turn out that we were actually in the drama studio, and there hadn't actually been a room change after all. But anyway, we watched the rest of "Our Day Out", and Ellis and i found out that the guy playing the evil teacher was actually from Bleak House! Quite weird really. After that was finished, i went to meet with Rose to walk home. It was pretty boring, mostly. Rose and i were just trying to find out who Tom likes, but did not succeed. We'll continue with that tomorrow. After Kirsty had gone, without even saying bye, we were all standing outside the chip shop, eating chips, when Rose noticed that they actually sold lollies for 5p! How could we have missed that? So i found 15p in my pocket, and bought two lollies for Elliot, and one for me :D. It was cool! After that we had to go, so i walked down with Rose, Redd and Jake, who were having quite a lot of fun skipping around with a shopping basket in their hands, which they'd previously found in a bush. So then, after persuading Redd and Jake that i did actually really have to go home, and that i couldn't stay, i finally got home, watched some Tv and then just sat down and decided to write most of my blog, go online, and then watch Celebrity Big Brother.

So i shall end on Friday. You'll probably be glad to hear that this hopefully won't go on for too much longer. So anyway, the first lesson was IT, and we did loads more on personal data. Pretty boring stuff. Then geog. We had to make a card for Anthony's birthday, so, after getting found out once, and told off, i decided to race through as much work as possible instead so maybe we could carry on with it at the end. We did, although it ran quite far into break. We drew ghostbusters and X factor and loads of balloons and stuff - it was pretty cool! And he liked it, yay! So, after going to hand in my D of E letter with Ellis, getting quite confused, and thinking that we are actually in yr8 (First time i've actually forgotten since the beginning of year 9. Quite amazing), it was english. Yet another poem about a poor, helpless animal being killed brutally, or tortured? Nope, it was worse. He made us do... an assessment. Yes, an assessment. I mean come on, how unfair is that? I truthfully have not learnt a thing from Mr Greenwhatever. Ok, yeah, poems have hidden meanings. But wouldn't teaching us how to find the "hidden meaning" be a whole lot more useful? Yeah, it definitely would have been. We had to compare poems we'd previously looked at, and write what they were trying to make us think. One was a poem about an eagle sitting on a mountain. Hmmm... certaininly not the easiest poem to analyse. The other was about a badger being killed. Not too easy to analyse either, but it least it had a clear point. I had no idea what to write about how "The Eagle" was meant to make us feel, or think. I ended up writing quite a long paragraph on power and loneliness. Definitely not right, but i tried. So next it was art :D. We sat on really big tables today instead, and James got planted next to me. It just had to happen, didn't it? But all went well - he only touched my ruler and after getting a rather evil look off me decided it was probably a better idea to just put it down. So we got our art results back - finally. I got an 8 1/2 for the can, a 9 1/2 for the writing, and a 10 for the landscape. I couldn't have been happier with it. And people kept asking me to see it, and saying it was cool. It was very nice indeed. After being kept in for 8 mins, it was lunch. I met up with Vin, Ash and Redd in the form room and talked to Ash about the new series of Desperate Housewives. But then we were thrown out since we were eating, and Vin didn't follow, so Ash and i took a walk around the school to catch up. It was really cool. And on the way home we bumped into Jess, so we decided to go with her to get her money, and go up to the snack machine. Then me and Ash just stood around for a while and talked. That was pretty much my lunch :D. Then it was form time, and Vin and i said about two words to each other. Then French. Yay. (Note Sarcasm). The lesson was quite uneventful, until Michael asked Mr Dawson what this word meant that Mr Lynch called him. He eventually told us, and it was rude, of course. I won't write it here, hehe. It was very funny indeed though. After that it was walking home, which was quite cool. I walked most of the way with Elliot and Anthony since, again, for some reason, i just sort of got Separated from Kirsty and Sophie, which turned out quite well, i must say. We played charades (sp?), and it was fun!! When we eventually got to the village, we stayed for a while and ate chips. And Vin's dad walked past, and so did Sophie. Quite strange. Then we all walked home, we said bye to Rose and then Redd and i talked for ages on The Corner. I was going through how good my day had been when the cat... yes The Cat... just suddenly appeared out of no-where. Tt was quite scary. It really was. We were both pretty freaked out. So, after stroking it for a while, Redd decided to train it to come and sit on his knee. And he did it. Amazing. So then, after the cat had given Redd an actually not-so-evil look, and walked off, we talked about ankle clocks some more and Redd tried my watch on. On his ankle, of course. And it didn't fit!! Oh well! So after that i went home, and got in quite a lot of trouble for being half an hour late. Half an hour. And, as soon as my dad came home, we watched Lost!! Finally! The last two days have been torture. But thankyou Tom, for not telling me. And Redd, of course. All the bit in red, to follow, is about the last episodes of Lost btw. If you don't want to know what happened, don't read it.

The last two episodes, quoted from Tom, truly were the "best episodes ever". And i knew that guy would die!!! It was so obvious! They only ever put someone in it that no-one knows if they're going get killed in some dramatic way. I didn't get that the french woman was going to take the baby though, that was pretty shocking. And they took Walt!! Nooo!! I can't wait for the next series now... wow...

Aha, so that was my amazingly long post. And yes, i am, yet again, going to promise to you that i will hopefully find the time to write shorter posts, closer together, rather than just really long ones, which take about a day, and quite a lot of determination and patience, to read. I apologise about that, and i apologise about how boring it must have been to all the people who made it to this point. Thank you anyway. And thanks for the 6 comments on the last post - i was quite shocked!! Please keep commenting, and reading... and write your name with your comment!! xXx
